Permits

Minnesota Statutes, chapter 103I authorizes the commissioner of health to issue well construction permits. A licensed well contractor, licensed environmental well contractor, or a delegated well program must submit permits and applicable fees to the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). Permit applications are available on the pages below.
