WIC Participant Satisfaction Survey

Minnesota WIC is inviting you to participate in research to improve the program. If you agree, you will complete a survey about your experiences with WIC. The survey will take less than 20 minutes. Completing this survey is voluntary and will not affect your eligibility for WIC. You do not have to take the survey if you do not want to and can stop taking the survey at any time.
