The following is a list of Infoview report templates that have been revised or corrected, the date of the most recent revision/correction, and how they were revised/corrected. Reports are listed alphabetically based on the folder where they can be found.

Agency Management

  • Revised title. Added "WITH OPTIONAL LOCAL USE ANSWER".
  • Revised query to pull selected local use answers from a different table where both HuBERT and WINNIE answers are stored. The agency does not have to use Local Use Questions to use this report.

  • Changed title from UNFILLED APPOINTMENT BLOCKS since “blocks” are used in WINNIE to indicate time periods during a resource schedule that are not available for appointments.
  • Corrected report to count “blocks” separately from allotted, scheduled, and unscheduled time intervals.
  • NOTE! Unable to correct for events since there are no links between events and resource schedules in the database. Users will have to manually adjust for events if considered unallotted time and resource schedules overlap the event. Another tab was added to identify any events scheduled during the specified time period to assist with this.

Benefits

  • The formula used to identify languages has become outdated resulting in the incorrect language displaying (ex: Braille instead of Dari). Revised the query to use the language description instead of using a formula.
