Infoview Report Revisions and Corrections

The following is a list of Infoview report templates that have been revised or corrected, the date of the most recent revision/correction, and how they were revised/corrected. Reports are listed alphabetically based on the folder where they can be found.

Agency Management >> Audits/Chart Reviews

• CERTIFICATIONS COMPLETED BY ONE STAFF MEMBER - HuBERT ONLY (1/7/25)
  • Updated how certifier is identified if cert is completed in HuBERT and displays the staff person's name. (Uses staff person whose signature was captured at the end of the cert.)
  • If no signature is associated with the cert, the output displays "No Signature - Cert started by: " and the name of the person who started the cert,
• CERTIFICATIONS COMPLETED BY ONE STAFF MEMBER - WINNIE ONLY (1/13/25)
  • Updated how certifier is identified if cert is completed in WINNIE and displays the staff person's name. (Uses new WINNIE field, CompletedWebUserID.)
  • Updated queries identifying whether all of the cert steps were completed by one person since WINNIE records a staff person for the income regardless of whose folder the income is entered.
• INCOMPLETE MCAS (10/15/24)
  • Staff ID changed to staff name.
• MCAs COMPLETED OR NOT AND BENEFITS ISSUED (11/14/2024)
  • Staff ID changed to staff name.

Appointments

• KEPT APPOINTMENT LIST (12/18/24)
  • Revised queries to pull selected local use answers from a different table where both HuBERT and WINNIE answers are stored.
  • Updated the prompts to use Answer IDs instead of values based on a specific position (now obsolete in WINNIE).
• UNFILLED APPOINTMENT INTERVALS (12/11/2024)
  • Changed title from UNFILLED APPOINTMENT BLOCKS since “blocks” are used in WINNIE to indicate time periods during a resource schedule that are not available for appointments.
  • Corrected report to count “blocks” separately from allotted, scheduled, and unscheduled time intervals.
  • NOTE! Unable to correct for events since there are no links between events and resource schedules in the database. Users will have to manually adjust for events if considered unallotted time and resource schedules overlap the event. Another tab was added to identify any events scheduled during the specified time period to assist with this.

Benefits

• MISSED NUTRITION VISITS BY LAST CLINIC ISSUED (10/23/2024)
  • The formula used to identify languages has become outdated resulting in the incorrect language displaying (ex: Braille instead of Dari). Revised the query to use the language description instead of using a formula.

  • Staff ID changed to staff name.
  • NOTE: Only tabs 1-3 were updated since tabs 4-6 (Condition Specific Protocol formulas) are obsolete.

High Risk

• HIGH RISK PARTICIPANTS DUE FOR ADDITIONAL EDUCATION CONTACT (WINNNIE & HUBERT) (12/18/2024)
  • Revised queries to pull selected local use answers from a different table where both HuBERT and WINNIE answers are stored.
  • Updated the prompts to use Answer IDs instead of values based on a specific position (now obsolete in WINNIE).

Income

• PRESUMPTIVE ELIGIBILITY (10/29/2024)
  • The Createdttm is incorrectly updating in WINNIE. Changed from when the record was created to the screen date.
  • Staff ID changed to staff name.

Initial Contacts

• INCOMPLETE INITIAL CONTACTS (10/22/2024)
  • Staff ID changed to staff name.
• INITIAL CONTACT REQUIREMENTS NOT MET (10/14/2024)
  • Staff ID changed to staff name.

One Call

• ONE CALL: CHILDREN WHO HAVEN’T RETURNED TO WIC (12/2/2024)
  • Revised queries to pull selected local use answers from a different table where both HuBERT and WINNIE answers are stored.
  • Updated the prompts to use Answer IDs instead of values based on position #6 (now obsolete in WINNIE).
• ONE CALL: FUTURE APPPOINTMENTS (11/26/2024)
  • Changed title (combined ONE CALL: FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WITH PARTICIPANT FIRST NAME and ONE CALL: FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WITH AUTH REP’S FIRST NAME).
  • Revised queries to pull selected local use answers from a different table where both HuBERT and WINNIE answers are stored.
  • Updated the prompts to use Answer IDs instead of values based on position #6 (now obsolete in WINNIE).
  • Added the description and code for Language1 and Language2 to both of the Future Appts tabs to provide versatility. Agencies will need to delete unwanted columns.

  • Changed the title to “Cultural Identity – New Participants” from State Use Question #6 – New Participants.
  • Removed the OriginalCertEffectiveDate (added to WINNIE) to identify the cert date due to URB 249097, which can result in incorrect records displaying in the output.
  • Revised queries to pull selected state use answers from a different table where both HuBERT and WINNIE answers are stored.
  • Changed the Prescreen date from MEMBER.Createdttm to MEMBER.Applicatiodate.
  • Updated how the report identifies the certifier regardless of whether the cert was completed in WINNIE or HuBERT. Displays the staff person's name.
  • Corrected the WIC Type to be the WIC Type at the time of the contact instead of the current WIC Type.
