Tooth decay - commonly called a cavity - is nearly 100 percent preventable. Having good oral hygiene, like daily brushing and flossing, helps prevent tooth decay and gum disease. Oral health can affect our smiles, how and what we eat, our ability to talk, drink, breathe and digest food, and our overall health and wellbeing.

SEAL Minnesota, or SEAL MN, is an initiative to coordinate and expand evidence-based school sealant programs across the state. Please complete this SEAL MN survey by March 31, 2021 and share your thoughts to help us develop activities that will meet your needs and interests. Your answers will be anonymous and will be used to structure SEAL Minnesota programming for this year.
