Health Plan Information - Minnesota Plan Listings

The Managed Care Systems Section has licensing and regulatory oversight on all Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO), Community Integrated Service Networks (CISNs), Accountable Provider Network (APNs), County Based Purchasing (CBP) and Essential Community Providers (ECPs) that operate in the State of Minnesota.

To date there are nine HMOs, three CBPs and nearly 90 ECPs with over 600 locations in operation to service specific areas, counties or groups in Minnesota. For more information click on the corresponding link below.
