340B Drug Pricing Program Reporting
Beginning in 2024, Minnesota health care entities that participate as “covered entities” in the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program are required to annually report data related to their 340B prescription drug purchases and payments to the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH). MDH submits its findings in annual reports to the Legislature on the reported data.
This website serves as a means to monitor progress, access resources, ask questions, and sign up for email updates for news and notifications.
NEW: MDH released findings from the nation's first state transparency initiative on the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program. The report can be accessed on the 340B Reports webpage.
