Minnesota Electronic Disease Surveillance System

The Minnesota Electronic Disease Surveillance System (MEDSS) is an electronic disease surveillance system that allows public health officials to receive, manage, process, and analyze disease-related data. MEDSS offers new tools for automatic disease reporting, case investigations, and case follow-up within the state of Minnesota. It is an integrative system allowing easy sharing and connecting among MDH, physicians and local public health.
