  • Reporting Pertussis (Bordetella pertussis)
    All cases must be reported to the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) within one working day. Report all suspected or confirmed cases of pertussis to MDH at 651-201-5414 or 877-676-5414 or using the Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) Reporting Form. Find out what needs to be reported, who needs to report diseases, and where to find out more clinical information about the disease.
