Secure Access Management Services (SAMS):

If you’ve been waiting for more than ten business days after requesting e-authentication and have not been contacted by SAMS, contact their help desk at samshelp@cdc.gov or 1-877-681-2901.  If you have technical issues changing your Secure Access Management Services (SAMS) password, please contact the SAMS Help Desk at samshelp@cdc.gov or 1-877-681-2901.  If you continue to have difficulty, submit a Minnesota EvaluationWeb Help Desk Ticket.
