MDH mails a booklet containing resources to families in Minnesota with children recently identified with congenital CMV. The electronic version below is intended to guide conversations or help families review the printed materials.

Roadmap for families and caregivers  

MDH distributes a congenital CMV roadmap. Families can use this brochure to make a care plan and discuss with their primary care provider the tests and supportive services their baby may receive.
