Information for Families and Caregivers
MDH mails a booklet of print resources to families in Minnesota with children recently identified with congenital CMV. Resources that are only available in print form are not included in this list, and instead we link to the organization’s website directly. This document is intended for parents who wish to have an electronic copy of the printed materials. For extended family members, teachers, healthcare providers and family advocates, this electronic version is intended to guide conversations or help families walk through the printed materials.
