Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Funding Opportunities

MDH offers funding opportunities to eligible organizations to plan, promote, and share resources and information to raise awareness and support organizations who are engaging in ADRD work. 

Current funding opportunities

Alzheimer's Awareness Grant 

The primary purpose of this request is to receive proposals from organizations that can disseminate ADRD materials to a statewide Minnesota audience and the organization's own relevant communities. Materials and promotion tactics should reflect the community need for the applicant's focus population(s). Proposals must be implementation ready to meet the grant deadline of June 30, 2025.

Healthy Brain Community Grants 

This funding opportunity closed on Nov. 12, 2024. The Healthy Brain Community Grant program funds organizations to educate communities about dementia risk reduction, understand the importance of early detection and diagnosis, and provide support for people living with dementia and their caregivers.
