Lead Poisoning Prevention
M-CLEAN (Minnesota Collaborative Lead Education and Assessment Network)
The number of elevated lead cases in Minnesota continues to decline, thanks to the hard work and dedication of the many diverse partners addressing childhood lead poisoning. As we continue to work towards preventing childhood lead poisoning, the MDH Healthy Homes and Lead Poisoning Prevention Program has re-established the Minnesota Collaborative Lead Assessment Network (M-CLEAN).
M-CLEAN gathers to update each other on our work, discuss legislative developments and ways to move our work forward. We cover lead poisoning prevention and healthy homes issues. The next M-CLEAN meeting will be hybrid and in the spring of 2025. We will announce the date, time and location on this webpage and in our Lead Hot Topics newsletter.
Watch the virtual M-CLEAN meeting that was recently held on Tuesday, 11/19/24. Copies of the slides are available upon request.
