Lead Poisoning Prevention
M-CLEAN (Minnesota Collaborative Lead Education and Assessment Network)
The number of elevated lead cases in Minnesota continues to decline, thanks to the hard work and dedication of the many diverse partners addressing childhood lead poisoning. As we continue to work towards preventing childhood lead poisoning, the MDH Healthy Homes and Lead Poisoning Prevention Program has re-established the Minnesota Collaborative Lead Assessment Network (M-CLEAN).
M-CLEAN gathers to update each other on our work, discuss legislative developments and ways to move our work forward. We cover lead poisoning prevention and healthy homes issues. The next M-CLEAN meeting will be hybrid and in the spring of 2025. We will announce the date, time and location on this webpage and in our Lead Hot Topics newsletter.
Please save the date for our next M-CLEAN meeting. There is free parking and light refreshments will be provided. If you are not able to attend the meeting in person, you may join us virtually on WebEx. The agenda will be posted on here when it's finalized.
