Attendees will receive 16 contact hours.
A certification exam will be held at 8:30 a.m. on May 8. Because of space constraints, there is an 80-person limit for the exam. The limit for people taking the C or D exam prep on May 7 is 60.
Applications for the certification exam must be received by the Minnesota Department of Health at least 15 days before the exam. Download the exam application below:
